The Lingerie Box values its customers so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items to us for a refund, exchange or credit note. All items must be received back at The Lingerie Box within 30 days from the date of the invoice sent with the goods.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way and are not in their original condition. Any items that are deemed to be un-returnable due to the reasons stated above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any panties, briefs, thongs, g-strings or any stockings so please select these items with care. We will accept returns on sets that come with g-strings / briefs provided that the g-strings / briefs have not been worn and are in the condition as stated in previous paragraph so please ensure that you wear under garments when trying on these items at home.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any sale, clearance or discounted items.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items back to us for a return or an exchange. The Lingerie Box does not take any responsibility for any lost or misplaced items during transit therefore we recommend that the customer uses registered post for all returns.
Please ensure that the Return_Form_Complete.pdf is completed and emailed within 7 days to f2b@live.com.au. The Return Form is to be used for all refunds, exchanges or credit notes and a copy must also be sent back with the returned goods to avoid any delays in processing. Once a return has been received at The Lingerie Box, an email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt of the returned goods. All refunds/exchanges will be processed within 21 days of receipt. Allow an additional 5 days for any refund credits to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued for the actual amount of the items minus any Paypal fees (if applicable) and any original shipping costs (if applicable). If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, you will be charged or credited for the difference. Should the stock be no longer available we will offer the customer another item (customer's choice) to the same value of the exchanged item.
All refunds will be repaid back as requested on the Returns Form either via Paypal, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
All Australian customers' exchanges will be charged a standard shipping fee of AUS$5.00. All international customers' exchanges will be charged a standard re-shipping fee of AUS$10.00. Plase ensure that this payment is made via Paypal, Cheque or Direct Deposit at the same time as the goods are returned to avoid any delays in processing.
Once a return has been finalised and shipped, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the return process is complete.
